Project signposting

Here at the Switched On Project we have developed ‘signposting’ leaflets for use by our team and partner organisations in Cardiff and Newport.  We developed these in response to our volunteers and support workers often finding it difficult to find the relevant information for our participants amongst the huge amount available in each city.

Each of these signposting leaflets that we have put together contains a brief list of services that might be useful for the participants of our project, and may also be useful for the partner organisations.  The leaflets will be updated as new services become available, or different, perhaps more appropriate, service are discovered.  The first draft that we have put together is very much just our starting point, and will be amended regularly.  If you could like a copy of the leaflet for yourself or your organisation please get in touch!  (Katie.Cooke@peoplecan.org.uk or 02920 485 422)
