The Project Team

The Project's core team is made up of a Project Manager, two Volunteer Support Coordinators, a Training Development Officer, two part-time Learner Support Officers and Administrative support.  The custom-built courses are delivered by Tutors who are drawn from a pool which includes a wide range of learning subjects and experience of informal learning in the community.   Extra support is also given to participants through Support Workers who are both volunteers and paid staff.  The whole team come together to support participants in forming their personal development plans, and enabling individuals to build on their strengths and work towards their goals.
