Slipper Baths – Geraldine has been running basic IT classes this last 6 weeks and the Saturday African culture classes have been doing well.

BAWSO – The whole of BAWSO has been networked Gaby has bought in 10 new computers which she is installing herself. Awaiting funding to refurbish the training room.

MENFA – 1 computer formatted and ready to install. Hopefully workbench will be fitted but still waiting.

Bhatra Sikh Centre– Web page to do, Jas has given me some of the photographs and text for the site. Jas has also done the Punjabi translation for the Switch web site. And has been placed on the web site.
The wireless aerial has been installed. Wireless is up and running, Jas now has broadband access from his centre up to 1.5km. I have installed anew HP Laser 1200 at the centre as the Brother was faulty.ITEC are using the centre temporarily for learning.

Somali Centre – the Somali Centre has been refitted with a wireless network so that the office and reception have reliable broadband.All the computers have been fixed and are working properly with networked printing and file sharing.

Samaj Centre: - The network is being upgraded this week , with a netgear box, this should improve reliability. A wireless aerial is going to be installed at the centre in September, this will allow the local community to access wireless broadband from the Samaj Centre.

All Wales Saheli Ass – Has just come on board, I have installed 3 new Dell 2.0gig computers with networked broadband access. The office is now networked with broadband access for the staff.

BVSNW – A wireless network has been fitted in the new office all the staff have broadband internet access, access to their e-mail on the BVSNW domain,
