Reach is a BVSNW and Community Justice National Training Organisation managed project, set up to - increase the trust and confidence between both the black and minority ethnic communities and Home Office services in South Wales, and to encourage, assist and support minority ethnic people with the application process and employment in Home Office Services. These are identified as Police Forces, Probation Areas and Voluntary Community Justice Organisations. The Project will Cover South Wales from Llanelli to Newport.
